an Ambassadorial function, liaising with customers,
employees and suppliers. As a team, Tiki and
Ralph direct all aspects of the business. From
inception to the present, they have been the
inspiration behind the company's creative approach
to doing business, promoting their vision with
focus and passion. |

Chief Executive Officer
Ralph drives strategy, new product development,
profitable growth of the Company and ensures
Decor Grates remains customer focused, as well
as taking advantage of entrepreneurial new business
opportunities. In recognition of his leadership
Ralph was recognized in 2002 as Ernst and Young's
Entrepreneur of Year.
As
a team, Ralph and Tiki direct all aspects of
the business. From inception to the present,

| Alistair
McGowan |

Purchasing and Inventory Manager
Alistair joined Decor Grates in 2006 to manage
the company's purchases and inventory to ensure
our customers have the most cost effective prices
and deliveries are made in a timely fashion.
Alistair has over 20 years senior management
experience working for manufacturers and distributors
who market to major retailers throughout the
world including big box, specialty and home decor. |

a Diploma and BSc in Computer Information Systems

Millington |
|
Senior Production Supervisor Day Shift
Ken joined the business in 1983 as a metal polisher
and was promoted to a supervisory role in 1989.
He has managed many aspects of production since
that time and is currently responsible for production
activities on the day shift. |

Midnight
Shift Production Supervisor
Sandro joined Decor Grates in January 2004 to
oversee production on the evening shift. He has
6 years of manufacturing experience at a supervisory
level and a BA from York University. |

Manager
of Injection Molding Department
Jason joined the Decor Grates team in 2005 and
has accepted responsibility for our new endeavour
into plastic injection moulding. Jason has 11
years experience in the injection moulding industry
and a mechanical engineering background. |
